Experience this short yet delightful beach holiday at a private island in Southern Tanzania, and what better way to spend a few days away than being on an African holiday at the beach?

Itinerary

Day 1
With the warm African sun high in the sky, you will arrive at this beautiful beach destination in time for lunch. It’s time to set aside everything else and enjoy a nice relaxing beach holiday. Check-in and prepare for lots of fun moments during your stay, there is a lot to do and over the next 4 days, all you should think about is the beach and the ocean waves.
Day 2
Awake at dawn and enjoy a stroll or jog on the beach as you watch the beautiful morning sun rays flood the ocean surface. Return to the lodge for breakfast and get ready for some snorkelling. You will have the opportunity to spot the beautiful corals and if you brought a camera that captures under the water, then you will have some beautiful images to look at after your trip.

Return to camp for lunch and relaxation in your banda. Later you can laze around on the beach or grab a paddleboard or kayak and enjoy being out on the ocean. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3
Awake to the sound of the ocean waves just a few feet from your bed. You can lie in bed and enjoy a relaxed morning followed by breakfast. Today you will explore the nearby town of Bagamoyo, walking the streets as you hear about its history, see and touch what is now left of its architectural structures, and interact with the local people who have lived here for generations.

You can opt to return to the lodge for lunch or stroll some more returning later in the day for a swim or just some rest. Being the last night of your short and fantastic beach holiday, you can have a romantic dinner set up under the moonlit African sky. When you retire to bed, let the sounds of the ocean waves lull you to sleep as you relive the wonderful moments of your safari.
Day 4
You can wake up early for a stroll on the beach, or a swim or you can just lie back and enjoy the moment. Today’s breakfast will be followed by check-out and departure. Bid the wonderful people goodbye and as you depart, remember that you only miss a place if you don’t return to it. Until next time, so long!
